We ship to all Team Rynkeby countries: Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Germany and Switzerland.

We offer a flexible return policy, but only on items distributed from our stock assortment. Order produced products, as well as customized or personalized products, are not returnable.

Please visit our returns page for details of which items can be returned and how to return returnable items.

You cannot cancel orders on the web shop site itself, therefore to cancel an order please contact us; e.g. by replying your order confirmation email.

However, please note that orders already processed for production or processed for shipping, cannot be cancelled. In principal order produced items can’t be cancelled or altered after pre-order deadline. Also orders to which you have received shipping details (track & trace link), cannot be cancelled.

We try hard to supply products that live up to expectations and needs. In case we didn’t succeed in doing so, please visit our claims page for details on how to proceed.

We honor EU rules, where you always have the right to a minimum 2-year guarantee at no extra charges. Within the first 6 months, it is assumed that the problem existed when you received the goods, unless it’s otherwise clear and provable. Beyond the first 6 months, you still have the right to have your goods repaired or replaced for free or, at least, to a price reduction or a refund. However, you may need to prove that the problem existed when you received the goods.
