Message in dropbox paper

All primary communication to your designer goes through your dropbox paper document. Write a message anywhere, start with @ and type your designers name og @doc to message everyone following the document.

Be aware your designer has more than 1 team to service. Your message will be read in incoming turn. First sent, first read!

Online Booking

In case individual and visual help is needed, use our online booking. A booked appointment is performed online, this makes explaining easier, as both you and we can see share issues visually.

SMS Text message

In case of urgency or an eventual technical breakdown, you can write an SMS text message to this tel. no. 004521159870.

Afterwards we will contact you, to sort out the urgent issue. Your text will be read at all awake hours.

Be aware this is an emergency service.

Invitation to dropbox paper

We collaborate through a tool integrated into dropbox. The dropbox paper document is a live online document, in which we can communicate, share and inform as collaborators.

Your invitation to join the dropbox document, will be emailed through dropbox (also containing information from us). You will need a (free) dropbox account to collaborate with us.

You can start uploading logos once you have been invited to the dropbox paper. The upload link is part of the paper information.

Deadline for logo placement

You will be invited to another online tool, in which we will ask you to place logos visually on a 3D. The invitation will be added to the dropbox paper document after all logos has been uploaded and approved.
