We need your delivery address

Preparing the 2025 Team deliveries, which are shipped out before the end of March, we require the delivery address of your team.

To countries within the EU you can use both private and company addresses. A company address is often the best solution here, because receival signature is required.

To countries outside of the EU, we ask you to avoid company adresses, as shipping terms with locale taxes prepaid, can be compromised when delivery is to a company.

We only need 1 address for each team

In case your team has more than 1 Team Manager, we have send an email to all your teams Team Managers. Please coordinate internally, making sure we only receive 1 delivery address.

Shipping will be end of March

We pack each team individually for each rider, in the order each team will arrive completely (all items, all riders). Once we have shipped your team, you will receive track & trace details by email.

2025 TRBY Delivery FAQ

Each packing bag for each of your riders is labeled with a QR code linking to info pages already online. The content include tips & tricks on caretaking, how to check a delivery and answers to frequently asked questions.
